Announcing the Lake Norman Forest Run on July 28th benefiting the Isabella Santos Foundation, race 1 of the Lake Norman Half Marathon series by Epic Sports Marketing. Mostly in the shade on the well paved roads of Lake Norman State Park, this run has a half marathon and a 5K option.
