October Events Supporting Pediatric Cancer

Written by Isabella Santos Foundation Marketing Team

We are in the final stretch of 2021 and we appreciate all the community businesses who are stepping up to help support ISF and pediatric cancer.  There are several opportunities to not only support the Isabella Santos Foundation in October, but support those businesses in Charlotte who have chosen to give back to our community! We hope you join us at these October give back events:

NoDa Brewing |  Friday, Oct 15th

We hope you join us Friday, October 15th for a ‘Movie Night of Fright’ at NoDa Brewing. There will be a movie showing of Hocus Pocus to commemorate this year’s spooky season, as well as fun lawn games and tunes by special guest DJ Spike. This movie was generously donated by Under the Stars Cinema. We are so excited for this fun family-friendly event, and are thankful to these partners for their support in our mission. Help us Scare Cancer Away by purchasing a ticket and joining us all at NoDa Brewing on the 15th. Tickets are $10, and can be purchased here. 100% of your $10 goes to benefit rare pediatric cancer research.

Woodbridge & Friends Pop-Up |  Sun, Oct 17th

Get started on your holiday shopping early! On Sunday, October 17th, the Woodbridge neighborhood will be hosting the first semi-annual ‘Woodbridge & Friends Pop-Up’ from 12-4 P.M in the cul-de-sac on Broadleaf Place, Charlotte 28226. This event will include a variety of different small businesses in the local Charlotte area. Most vendors are women/mom owned. Come out and support small, locally owned businesses from around town heading into the Holiday season! Each vendor participating in this event is donating a percentage of the proceeds made back to ISF. Raffle tickets will be sold for a chance to win an incredible basket of goodies. 100% of raffle sales will benefit ISF. Let’s help move Charlotte forward, especially in leading pediatric cancer care.
