ISF Intern Class of 2020: Week 2 Update
ISF Intern Class of 2020: Week 2 Update
We hope you all tuned in to meet our Summer Interns last week of June! They worked hard on their video intros/blogs and think they had fun while doing it! Each week the Intern teams are given a weekly challenge, Week #2’s team challenge was to help boost ISF’s social numbers. Each day a team’s introduction video was featured, that specific team was challenged to bring in the most social leads. Our teams did not disappoint as they collectively brought in 1,731 new Facebook/Instagram/Newsletter followers & subscribers!
Congratulations to the team with the most leads! The Curesaders lead by Jack Davis (UNC Charlotte), also known in their team video as the cast from The Office, won the Week #2 challenge. They brought in an impressive 566 social leads for ISF. Shout out to Sammie Spinner (University of South Carolina) on The Curesaders for being her team’s MVP for her social media work in bringing in new leads! If you didn’t see The Curesaders Video intro, you are missing out.
Special thank you to the entire Plummer family for joining our intern video call this morning to talk about Fighting With Merritt‘s journey with rhabdomyosarcoma. Merritt’s dad, Aaron, shared her story with our interns and thanked them for all the work they are doing for rare pediatric cancer this summer! I think everyone enjoyed getting silly faces and waves from sweet Merritt!
Missed meeting our teams, here you go:
