We can’t believe we are near the end with our summer intern class! They are working hard to finish out summer efforts with their last push of their fundraiser challenge. Volunteer interns finish up on August 15 and our Intern Leads have one more week with us. This incredible group of young adults is just $10,000 shy of their overall fundraising goal of $75,000. They will turn in their fundraiser challenge totals on Friday and our Intern Leads will work all next week to tie up loose ends.
Special thanks to Meredith Dean of Levine Children’s Seacrest Studios and The Dean’s List for joining our very last All Hands On Deck Intern video call yesterday. Meredith talked with our interns about the importance of creating energy to uplift and fuel those around them. She gave advice on creating a network, how to stand out, creating a footprint in life and spreading positivity. Thank you Meredith for being such a great example and resource for our community!
