Fall is always a busy and exciting time! We’d love for you to join us this fall as part of our Change the World fundraising campaign which will take place from September 1st to October 15th. With September being Childhood Cancer Awareness month, and our race taking place on October 15th, help us continue to Change the World, just like Isabella did.

Our goal is to collectively raise $250,000 to help fund the ISF Rare & Solid Tumor Program at Levine Children’s Hospital. We hope to spark your interest. Join us in changing the world by creating a personal fundraising page and raising funds for pediatric cancer!

Hi X!

{intro about yourself, why you’re invested in ISF and want to help make a difference in the lives of kids with pediatric cancer, share your story!}

Take a few minutes and learn a little bit more about Isabella and her legacy that continues through all that ISF is doing by watching their new 15 year anniversary video here. Each fall, ISF hosts their flagship event, the annual 5K for Kids Cancer. In their first year, they raised $7,000. They are now celebrating their 15th year so it’s time to celebrate and change the world! Over the last 14 years, this event has raised $2.3 Million for pediatric cancer. Join myself and the rest of the Charlotte area at ISF’s 5K on October 15th at Ballantyne Corporate Park.

Our goal is to raise $250,000 collectively to fund the ISF Rare & Solid Tumor Program at Levine Children’s Hospital. Please help me change the world for kids with pediatric cancer by donating to my fundraising page and registering for the 5K at my team’s page!

Thank you so much!

X

Fundraising Tips and Tricks

  • Make fundraising easy – facebook fundraisers and your fundraising links are super easy to share on social media or in email campaigns. Begin with your personal network (family and friends) and expand to your greater network and their greater network (work, neighborhood, organizations).
  • Start fundraising early – Don’t wait until the last minute, start building your team and sharing your fundraising link to your network.
  • Post frequently to your network – post weekly updates about your campaign with updates on fundraising totals or repost ISF’s weekly fundraising posts, share stories from ISF for pediatric cancer awareness month or your personal donors’ stories, reminders about the race coming up, etc.
  • Thank your donors – when someone donates, tag them in a social media “thank you post” or send a personal thank you.
